Seeing the Brave Lupus/Heat game today played in the Dome in Sapporo, makes me surprised why there hasn't been a JRLO club set-up there, or in Hokkaido at all.
I know the climate doesn't suit outdoors for much of the season, so maybe it's the cost, and available dates with football and baseball.
