Es muss im SEZ geputzt werden, aber Staub in den Räumen und <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Sperrm%C3%BCll" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Sperrmüll</a> im Keller sind keine Abrissgründe. Und natürlich gibt es <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Sanierungsbedarf" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Sanierungsbedarf</a>. Dazu brauchen wir <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Gutachten" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Gutachten</a> und Planungen. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass WBM-Chef <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Dormeyer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Dormeyer</a> eine <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Sanierung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Sanierung</a> nicht einmal prüfen lassen möchte. Das SEZ gehört uns <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Berliner" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Berliner</a>:innen, und wir akzeptieren diese Gutsherrenart nicht. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass die WBM durch den Ausschluss der <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/%C3%96ffentlichkeit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Öffentlichkeit</a> eine Zerstörung rechtfertigen möchte, für die es keine guten Gründe gibt. Liebe WBM: Stoppt die undemokratische Abriegelung des SEZ und öffnet das Gebäude für alle, damit sich jeder von der Raumqualität und dem Erhaltungszustand ein Bild machen kann.“
