  • Only have #SchoolBuses that ain't allowed to carry anyone but #Schoolkids and don't offer any #Buses at all because 'Everyone has #Cars so why would anyone want a #Bus?'

  • Only have Buses scheduled at useless times for any #WageWorker needing to #commute so they can't be at work on time if they use the #Bus.

  • Just don't run Buses when the road isn't cleared and have #SnowRemoval not reach the small villages before 10:00 local.

And then you get villages where basically everyone has to own a #4x4 because otherwise they can't get to work on time 1/4-1/2 of the year.

#LionElectric is a Canadian-based electric medium- and heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer that primarily produces the classic North American yellow school bus.
Its #LionC electric #schoolbus has a battery capacity of 126-210kWh depending on options – quite a bit of juice. And most relevant to the news piece in question, it’s also capable of vehicle-to-grid operation.
