A very positive end to a Tuesday. Thoroughly enjoyable episode of #BakeOff and I went for a little solo sunset swim in Brews Bridge before that. And two loads of washing done in the day and mostly dry on the line .

I am so unbelievably lucky that life has worked out in a way that means I 1) love to swim and was taught young 2) since last year live walking distance to a safe beach 3) joined a gang who swim weekly year round 4) took their advice and did a sea swim course. Swimming with the group has made me part of a community & built my confidence. I’ve just done 800m solo in Kilkee and feeling fantastic. Hoping to build on frequency & distance.
