Denn das System ist komplett automatisiert. Alex<p>Neulich im echten Leben ...</p><p>Anfang des Jahres saßen alle "Insassen" der Praxis im Aufenthaltsraum und hatten überhaupt keine Lust ... zu arbeiten 😜. Alle? Fast alle bis auf meine Partnerin, die ist einfach ein wenig zu sehr Frau Doktor 😘. Und die Azubine, aber die ist noch zu schüchtern.<br>Nach viel Gelächter und Gegibbel über das Thema Work-Life-Balance (ich kann diesen Modebegriff nicht leiden) gingen wir alle nach Hause, aber in mir ging der Gedanke weiter um.<br>Meine Frau meinte wenn ich noch eine Anwältin für eine Halbtagsstelle bei vollem Lohnausgleich bräuchte, stünde sie zur Verfügung ... haha.</p><p>Ich habe mich daran gemacht und in sehr vielen Gesprächen mit den Angestellten, meiner Praxispartnerin, der Steuerberaterin und sonst-noch-wem die Idee nach weniger Arbeit entstehen lassen.<br>Was möchte jede? Was geht bei jeder - finanziell und persönlich? Wie kann das mit den Angestellten funktionieren, wie mit den Aushilfen, wie mit den Auszubildenden?
