Kudos to the Oscars for airing the #standuptohate ad! It’s a nice story about the church welcoming the Jews whose service had been interrupted by a bomb threat. It’s a true story from here in Massachusetts. The nighttime setting was a little discordant because of the Torah reading and the tallitot, but surely only the Jews noticed! #antisemitism

@rasterweb @therealfitz I directed a huge event for a nonprofit for a decade, and it would have been so easy (and less expensive frequently) to get supplies from them — but as you said, FUCK them.
