Article One makes it clear: threats of <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/annexation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>annexation</span></a> are illegal. So are unilateral <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/tariffs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tariffs</span></a> in breach of a <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/trade" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>trade</span></a> agreement.</p>
