Cynni's Blog<p><strong>After the meltdown…</strong></p>
<p>Last Tuesday, I had an autistic meltdown. It wasn’t pretty, it didn’t take too long, but the aftermath… It took quite some time… The anger, the disappointment, the sadness, it all kept lingering within me, and I kept being on the edge for some time, because I just didn’t have the spoons to process it all. It took quite a while before I actually “cooled down” enough to not be triggered anymore by the thoughts of what had happened. I mentioned a bit of it all in my previous blog of last Wednesday (Trauma, Grief, Depression, Self pity…), should you wanna know what caused it all. </p>
<p>But it all happened on Tuesday early evening. I didn’t have the best night, as I had some weird dreams, probably due to the meltdown happenings. When I chatted about it with some people the next day, I noticed that I still had some feelings of anger bubbling in the back of my brain. But what to do now, how should I try to recover? </p>

MDMRN<p>New Read - Little Witch Academia (Series)</p><p>Last week on vacation I read my new copies of the Little Witch Academia manga. For those who have never seen the anime from Studio Trigger, it follows Akko, a teenage girl who is not from a witch family, going to school to learn magic. She's super excited and comes blindly from outside of witch culture.</p><p>It's a fish out of water story. It's a story of never giving up. It's also very fun.</p><p>The manga adapts much of the anime directly with some minor additions. Kirjapiilo<p>Aistiherkät hoi! Oletteko löytäneet hiljaista sähköhammasharjaa käyttöönne? Mulla on huomenna hammaslääkäri ja veikkaan, että taas saan vahvan suosituksen sähköhammasharjaan siirtymisestä (mulle kertyy todella helposti hammaskiveä). Mulla olikin sähköharja jonkin aikaa, mutta se aiheutti pörinällään samanlaisia tuntemuksia kuin hammasammattilaisten laitteet pöristessään, tietty vähän lievemmässä mittakaavassa. Noh, onnistuin ehkä hiukan passiivis-aggressiivisesti pudottamaan vempeleen tarpeeksi monta kertaa vessan kaakeleille, joten peto kuoli. Mutta ehkä vielä pitäisi yrittää… saa suositella! Mulla ääni on se pahin triggeri.
