SEMPLE ASKED TO<br> INSPECT.<br> ——<br> The following resolution was passed at a meeting held under the auspices of the Labour Party at the Empress Theatre last evening:—<br>In view of the persistent rumours in circulation concerning the alleged instability of the construction work in the new Northland tunnel, and the uneasiness felt by persons who have visited the tunnel concerning possible future risk to human life, this public meeting of Wellington citizens request Mr. Robert Semple, who is an expert tunneller, to report as soon as possible on the condition of the tunnel, particularly in regard to the matter of <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/safety" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>safety</span></a>.<br> The resolution was this morning refer[r]ed to the Mayor (Mr. R. Scott<p><span class="h-card"><a href="https://social.deploy-on-friday.com/@bokker" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>bokker</span></a></span> I am tracking the battery level using Home Assistant which runs on a mains powered, always on, home server. When it sees the battery level of the solar host drop low, a backup container is booted up (on that same home server). This makes sure the website never goes offline.</p><p>Both servers run side by side for a short while (with traffic split between them) and then the solar host drops offline and the home server picks up all the traffic.</p><p>The battery on the solar host is then recharged to about 70% and the solar host boots up again.
