I was production manager, assistant art director, locations manager & craft services organizer for crew. As cast, played a scarface Asian gang boss lady. It was for a horror thriller indie with zombies.

We shot most of it at my friend's old kung-fu club in Chinatown, downtown #VictoriaBC. In between takes me, Gloria & a few others were playing with the weighted punching bag & the speedboxing bag. I did real well on the speedboxing. I absolutely sucked at the weighted punching bag. Could barely get it to move. Gloria taught me a few fast techniques. I tried them out & was super giddy that my punches were landing where I aimed & they moved the weighted bag! Then, I got cocky & tried a harder punch move. Didn't get out of the way fast enough. The weighted bag came swinging back at me faster than expected & I was KOed. Flat on my back with 10 people looking down at me & waving hands in front of my face & trying to give me water.
