Ich trage ja seit einiger Zeit #Hörgeräte. Jetzt habe ich meine #AirPods Pro endlich mal als Hörhilfe eingerichtet. Da war ein SW-Update nötig.
Einfach Hörtest machen und schon unterstützen mich meine AirPods beim Hören.
Also abgesehen von der Sichtbarkeit und der Batterielaufzeit konnte ich noch keine richtigen Nachteile erkennen.
Und das bei Kosten von gerade mal 7% meiner Zuzahlung für die Hörgeräte.

May the day also be filled with family and happiness. My plans for the day include playing around more with the new AirPods and getting the hang of them. We switched the ear tips last night because the medium ones kept falling out of my little ears. So far, the small ones are working well and I do have extra small just in case. Hubs ordered an AirPod strap for me to wear so I do not lose one. He also ordered a purple case for the charging case. 🙌🏻 My hubs rocks and purple rules!

In addition to being too fiddly and small, #AirPods Pro 2 often interpret the touches made while putting them back in the case as play commands, causing sound to come out the *phone speaker*. :oldmanyellsatcloud: This is maddening. #apple

Writing from an iOS device:
Postpone the purchase of that shiny new #iPhone, #Airpods Pro etc. if your current one can hold out for another year or two.
It will make a dent in #Apple’s annual figures and saves e-waste, logistical and environmental costs.
Heck, make a study if ditching its whole ecosystem to #Fairphone is worthwhile. But just skipping a purchase for at least a year makes a difference if we all pitch in.

#TimCook’s million dollar donation to #Trump’s inauguration should make waves. This is one method to do so.

My #AirPods are playing up lately, crackly noises when I have noise cancelling enabled (ie almost all the time). I’ve cleaned them, no change. They’re out of warranty and not covered by the repair programme they have for a similar issue. They still work, but just not pleasant to use.

I’m not giving #Apple any money right now, so I’m not getting new AirPods. I saw some Anker headphones which got good reviews, and they’re way cheaper than AirPods, so I’ll give them a go.
