eightySwitched to PlayonLinux for more convenient config. Still no clue how to get ASIO to work. There is a "wineasio" install feature but that only works in 32bit. Why is it being compiled in <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/MAME" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#MAME</a> on <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/HaikuOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#HaikuOS</a>?EDIT: Wrong ASIO! It's boost.org's asio library - thanks to <a href="https://bitbang.social/@polpo" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@polpo</a> for the pointer!Thing is, this (MAME 0.266) compiled fine on Haiku R1B4. So either I've screwed up my upgrade to R1B5, or something's changed in R1B5 to break the build.I'm getting the same error when compiling MAME 0.269, but a completely different error with MAME 0.270.I'm annoyed, but I think these are all problems for another day.

The Last Psion | AlexQuick update on <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/MAME" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#MAME</a> 0.269 on <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/HaikuOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#HaikuOS</a>. Compile failed on R1B5 - something to do with <a href="https://bitbang.social/tags/ASIO" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#ASIO</a>.I don't know if this is due to a change in MAME, a missing dev dependency on Haiku, or something directly related to R1B5.I haven't had a chance to look at it yet, and probably won't now until at least next week. By which time, 0.270 could be out. If it's still broken, I'll try earlier versions on R1B5. If that doesn't narrow it down, I'll try `git bisect` (thanks to <a href="https://mastodon.me.uk/@jbmorley" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@jbmorley</a> for showing me that!).

Matteo ScopelLPT: if your laptop manufacturer does not provide ASIO drivers for your integrated sound card, you might be able to use those of another manufacturer without issue.
