Hello Autumn! It's my native season. I really like this view from my window while I'm working on my laptop. Sometimes I look out at the yard, and the view triggers memories and reflections. The quietest season, the transition from the fire of summer to melancholy and depth. The trees withdraw their sap back into their roots, and in the same way, my heart and mind become inward-looking. My bipolar brain calms down and serenity arrives. 🍂🍁🌧️

This was one of those days where I was excited to take wonderful photos in a forest I was visiting, only to find out most of the photos I took didn't turn out as the exposure and filter were all wrong. I decided to play around with this anyhow and ended up liking the rustic effect, like an old photo. You can be the judge. All a part of the journey, nonetheless.
