Pindorama<p>O salário mínimo para 2026 deverá ser de R$ 1.630, conforme o Projeto de Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias (PLDO), enviado ao Congresso Nacional nesta terça-feira (15). A matéria também apresentou previsões dos salários para os três anos seguintes, sendo respectivamente R$ 1.724, R$1.823 e R$ 1.925 para 2027, 2028 e 2029. As projeções serão revistas nos próximos projetos de diretrizes orçamentárias.</p><p>O crescimento previsto para o salário mínimo em 2026 é de 7,37% em relação ao valor atual de R$ 1.518. Pindorama<p>Trabalhadores e trabalhadoras de todo o país se reunirão em Brasília, no dia 29 de abril, para a Marcha da Classe Trabalhadora. A mobilização é organizada pela Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT) e outras centrais sindicais. O evento reunirá milhares de trabalhadores de diversas categorias, com o objetivo de defender os direitos dos trabalhadores e reivindicar por condições melhores no mercado de trabalho. A mobilização será realizada no Eixo Cultural Ibero – Americano (antiga Funarte), próximo a Torre de TV.</p><p>Dentre as reivindicações da marcha está o fim da escala 6×1. Pindorama<p>O Grupo Comporte venceu o leilão de concessão das linhas 11-Coral, 12-Safira e a linha 13-Jade, que compõem o chamado de Lote Alto Tietê, da Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM). Atualmente, a empresa já é responsável pelo metrô de Belo Horizonte, que possui apenas uma linha, desde março de 2023. Em julho do mesmo ano, o Sindicato dos Metroviários de Minas Gerais (Sindimetro-MG) denunciou que o grupo demitiu cerca de 600 funcionários, diminuindo o quadro de 1.483 para 750 trabalhadores. </p><p>Os trabalhadores também afirmam que não conseguem um novo acordo coletivo de trabalho, que, desde a concessão, está em discussão. Eles temem perder benefícios como auxílio-creche, licença-maternidade estendida e horários flexíveis para mães atípicas. “Até hoje a gente não tem acordo coletivo. Não conseguimos fazer o acordo, porque a empresa quer que o sindicato concorde com o banco de horas em que o trabalhador vai levar um ano para gastar uma folga. Pindorama<p>Desde a segunda-feira (14), cerca de 800 militantes do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST), vindos de diversas regiões da Bahia, estão mobilizados em Salvador como parte da Jornada Nacional de Lutas em Defesa da Reforma Agrária. O acampamento estadual, que segue até a quinta-feira (17), foi montado no estacionamento da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Rural (SDR), no Centro Administrativo da Bahia (CAB), e reúne trabalhadores do campo que reivindicam direitos e lutam por memória e justiça.</p><p>Segundo Evanildo Costa, da direção nacional do MST na Bahia, a Jornada Nacional de Lutas em Defesa da Reforma Agrária tem o papel fundamental de denunciar as diversas formas de violência no campo e de exigir que a reforma agrária aconteça na prática, com investimentos reais e políticas estruturantes.</p><p>“O povo não precisa de violência, o povo não precisa morrer para que a reforma agrária aconteça. Pindorama<p>O número de casos de violência no ambiente escolar mais do que triplicou entre 2013 e 2023, de acordo com dados do Ministério de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania (MDHC) compilados pela Revista Pesquisa Fapesp, divulgados nesta segunda-feira (14).</p><p>Em 2013, foram registrados 3.771 episódios de violência nas escolas. Diego HerculanoThis photo is part of a project I worked on called Favela Kombat: Girls Fight Back, and it was truly something special to be part of. I spent time visiting different favelas across Rio de Janeiro, where I met women who had all faced some form of violence, loss, or struggle. What connected them was a powerful choice they made: they decided to fight back through Mixed Martial Arts.<br>

Each of them had a dream. Some hoped to one day step into the UFC ring. Others simply wanted to feel strong again. In a place where opportunities are often scarce, they found strength in the rhythm of training, in the sweat of each round, and in the sisterhood they built along the way.<br>

As a photographer, I was there to document it all. But more than taking photos, I left with stories, lessons, and a deep admiration for their resilience. These women showed me that fighting back isn't just about fists. It's about reclaiming who you are, one punch at a time. <br>

Diego HerculanoThis photo is part of a project I worked on called Favela Kombat: Girls Fight Back, and it was truly something special to be part of. I spent time visiting different favelas across Rio de Janeiro, where I met women who had all faced some form of violence, loss, or struggle. What connected them was a powerful choice they made: they decided to fight back through Mixed Martial Arts.<br>

Each of them had a dream. Some hoped to one day step into the UFC ring. Others simply wanted to feel strong again. In a place where opportunities are often scarce, they found strength in the rhythm of training, in the sweat of each round, and in the sisterhood they built along the way.<br>
<br>
As a photographer, I was there to document it all. But more than taking photos, I left with stories, lessons, and a deep admiration for their resilience. These women showed me that fighting back isn't just about fists. It's about reclaiming who you are, one punch at a time. <br>

Pindorama<p>Para o jurista e professor de direito na Universidade de São Paulo (USP) Jorge Luiz Souto Maior, a decisão do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Gilmar Mendes de suspender os processos sobre “pejotização” no país é mais um passo no desmonte dos direitos trabalhistas promovido com maior ênfase desde a reforma trabalhista de 2017. “Estamos diante da realidade concreta do fim do direito do trabalho”, afirmou o especialista em entrevista ao Conexão BdF, programa do Brasil de Fato.</p><p>A decisão do Supremo paralisa ações na Justiça do Trabalho que analisam contratações via pessoa jurídica – prática que se tornou comum em setores como tecnologia, saúde, advocacia, entregas por aplicativo e cultura.
