Added an extra 5 mins of running so now 15 mins straight with 5 mins either side for warm up/cool down. 3.2km covered in total and surprisingly not feeling any worse than Friday's 2.5km. Pretty confident in hitting the goal, I just have to juggle upcoming travel commitments <a href="https://theblower.au/tags/c25k" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>c25k</span></a></p>

I wish I didn't have to schedule workouts at 5:30am. A bad night's sleep can (and does) easily ruin my consistency. It's so annoying.</p>

A few months ago. I couldn't run more than 60 seconds. Now, by the end, it felt like my body was going to fall apart like the Bluesmobile, but I didn't stop!</p><p>Thanks to everyone who liked or commented encouragement, it was super helpful!</p>
