With organised #charities they use the WORD #Charity as virtual armour to deflect criticism from a constant, unending litany of bad practices & crimes against their employees, volunteers & public.
They use the word/status like a #GetOutOfGaolFree card to excuse abuse after abuse.
Non-profit/charitable status does NOT mean "honourable" or "trustworthy." Or any such laudatory term.
"Charity" is something one carries in one's heart and governs daily behaviour.
Charities are uncharitable.
So… my partner’s ex employer is suing her because of a domain name I bought and promoting the connection between #press and #charities for free printed advertising. This Dutch company who claims to be working for #goededoel is afraid of losing 
. They are the #shame for anyone who really wants to make the world a better place.

Just visited the Logos Hope, an ocean-going, volunteer-staffed floating book fair (run by a Christian charity, but it's not-TOO-religiousy inside, if that's not your jam) that's coincidentally docked for a fortnight right next door to my hotel on Trinidad!
