Slaíne
Back on my BS again. I decided to dust off my various C128 COBOL test progs and create a usable program, inspired by what was shown in the movie Sneakers. It was a lot of fun. Writing a Bubble Sort in such a limited version of COBOL was a challenge and it is dog slow. This is reading in a random SEQ datafile, sorting it and writing out a sorted SEQ datafile. I think I'll next make it write out a USER file so that I can search/edit entries or something. #retrocomputing #comodore #COBOL
