Yesterday I made progress combining 2 examples in C on an ESP32 using ESP idf to create a liquid temperature monitor with a small 1306 oled.

Then the frustration started, I wanted to convert a float to a text portion to display it.
Nah error error ….

I save you the frustration but the links I found to help me out did lead other or similar errors.
Probably due to my lack of C knowledge but also curious why such a simple conversion is not simply part of the language or a library

Anyone can share some directions I could use? Apart from learning C of course

En RIBES hemos empezado a publicar todo en PDF, HTML, EPUB y XML JATS. Algunos resultados interesantes:

- Hasta ahora, hay un total de 3.029 visualizaciones de archivos.
- El 60.38% en PDF
- El 23.74% en HTML
- 15.88% en otros formatos.

Parece que publicar los trabajos en HTML es relevante. Lo del JATS XML va más para indexar en el futuro con bases de datos: es más semántico que de estilo.

Aunque ya lo dijimos, la conversión a HTML y EPUB la hacemos con Pandoc en apenas una orden:

pandoc documento.docx -o documento.html --extract-media=. --standalone -M lang="es" --wrap=none

(la mayoría de trabajos vienen en docx, pero también podría ser en odt, etc.)

y para EPUB:

pandoc documento.html -o documento.epub

Al EPUB le metemos además las fonts Atkinson Hyperlegible, pero la orden base es esa. En el HTML se hace una llamada a la Atkinson, y si no está instalada, se tira de font family: sans serif.
