Aphrodite ☑️ :boost_ok:<p>Things I Wish I Knew Before <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Defcon31" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Defcon31</span></a> But [insert legitimate excuse here]:</p><p>Backpack, not laptop bag. </p><p>You cannot consume enough water in a 100°F/40°C desert.</p><p>The most comf shoes mean nil when you’re walking 6+mi/10+km per day and you’re not used to it. </p><p>Stay on site. Vegas is megalithic, the strip moreso. Staying two hotels away is a long trek with all the winding and weaving pathways.</p><p>And of course <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/DefconIsCancelled" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DefconIsCancelled</span></a>.</p>
