As has been warned since the beginning of full scale invasion of #Ukraine that if democracies didn't push back forcibly & decisively then a drawn out war would bring contagion outside of #SlavaUkraini .Putin isn't concerned by same 'red lines' that have Western politicians advocating Ukraine can take only some but not all possible measures to repel the invader! 
The point that China, N Korea & Iran are gauging Western reactions seems to be entirely lost now.
