cms<p>Just wasted an hour on .gov.uk wrestling with a chat service chasing up a tax refund THEY think they owe me but seem unable to process or give me any status updates for.<br><br>Was funnelled into a chat bot which ignored my input and put me through a basic dialog tree, answering things I provided up front.
