The CPAAC will provide advice and recommendations to the Commission on a wide array of consumer protection and accessibility matters specified by the Commission.</p><p>The FCC also announced that the first meeting of the CPAAC will be held on Wednesday, September 10, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The #FCC on Thursday approved the merger between #Paramount Global & #Skydance Media, clearing the way for an $8.4B sale of some of the most prominent names in entertainment, including the #CBS broadcast TV network, #ParamountPictures, & the #Nickelodeon cable channel.
