Haelus Novak<p>I'm surprised there's no <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/Fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fediverse</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/project" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>project</span></a> I can find which will collect updates from several Fediverse projects and collate them into a single timeline. </p><p>If I were to write a <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/blog" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>blog</span></a> post on WriteFreely, this Collator would post something like "<span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://universeodon.com/@HaelusNovak" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>HaelusNovak</span></a></span> just <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/published" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>published</span></a> 'Why I will never date a human-sized prawn again!' on <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/WriteFreely" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WriteFreely</span></a>" with a little link. </p><p>Now, my first stumbling block is that this would be helpful for the individual, but <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/followers" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>followers</span></a> wouldn't care. There'd be no point to comments, since you can go to WF to comment and follow. Also, it could otherwise steal <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/activity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>activity</span></a> from WF, leading to it's decay. </p><p>One potential <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/functionality" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>functionality</span></a> could include one way to associate a user across several platforms, so you could get to know them better, more dynamically (as they see fit). This would require some sort of link from individual platform profiles to the Collator to really make it easier for followers. </p><p>I'm not a project <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/dev" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dev</span></a>, I'm just thinking out loud. 🤔</p>

Room is a kind of Location, but both have Container semantics.</p>
