Jen Keane (Zenbuffy - she/her)I'm not too happy with this as a final bake. The flavour in the top tier isn't balanced, and the decoration isn't as nice as I would like. But hey, I did it! Despite the busy weekend and a busy day, I did it. There's two flavours. Top tier is black tea, bergamot, and orange, with passion fruit curd and vanilla buttercream, the bottom tier is chocolate and Belgian chocolate buttercream. Jen Keane (Zenbuffy - she/her)Well, I didn't guess correctly this week at all. I'm usually good at guessing from the preview, but they just didn't give me enough to go on. I took a swing on a spiced cake, and it turns out it's spiced buns. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️This is a winter spiced cake, with cinnamon, ginger, and Van Dotsch speculaas spice with a caramel chai buttercream.
