Kudra :maybe_verified:Getting a (noisy, smelly) tuktuk yesterday, I wondered about Koh Phayam's transport future. Tuk Tuks didn't even exist on the island in 2018, the last time I was here. There were only motorcycle taxis then. Most roads are barely wide enough for the tuk tuks and some definitely only for motorcycles even now.I think Gogoro would be perfect here - you have a pretty self contained system, loads of opportunities for more solar and the most sun when there is the most demand during the Nov-May tourist season.I wonder what the barriers to getting something set up are? Many of the rental motorbikes are so old and clapped-out.
