huh, mastodon.social shoving hashtags into their own little block element? that feels like it's going to cause hell with inlines?

"In line"
I have to #inline all the #tags for the #post or else they might not #fit. At least it stays #readable. If I put the #tags on the #end of the #post, then #clients might #parse them. I wouldn't #want them to be #cleanly #formatted on the #bottom. Thank #god I know how to #write a #good #post.

#fsharp (you can see the abstract problem and solve it pragmatically) vs #python (you can't even see the abstract problem)
F# allows the creation of #custom #inline operators, providing more #flexibility in how logical expressions are written and potentially enhancing code #readability and #expressiveness.
Python relies on its standard logical operators, such as or, for similar functionality. This ensures #consistency and #simplicity.
#tinyCSStip Ever find yourself wishing an element was `inline` in relation to its parent, but act as a `flex` container for its content?
Hit that yet again and remembered about the multi-value `display` - hmm, has support improved?
It has! It now works cross-browser!
@davidtoddmccarty Agreed.
But more importantly, where do you stand on #inline hashtags?
Theoretically they reduce redundancy in a post, but I think they reduce readability.
@jhpratt Keeping in mind that attribute only applies to docs, not code.
See https://doc.rust-lang.org/rustdoc/write-documentation/the-doc-attribute.html#inline-and-no_inline for more information.
For actual code inline hints, you want https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/reference/attributes/codegen.html?highlight=inline#the-inline-attribute
Accessibility question: Should hashtags be #inline or collected at the end of a post? I read somewhere the latter was better for accessibility, as it allowed screen readers to read the text without annoying interruption (and honestly I feel the same way reading text littered with hashtags).
I also read we should use CamelCase for them to improve readability, another practice I wholeheartedly agree with.
