And finally, I had to to a little job to check the maintenance operation (laser alignment) had good results, so I used a wood leftover to engrave something nice. I went for "Framasoft campaign 0 Main menu" par @davidrevoy , @Framasoft − CC-BY 4.0 (this image was designed for Framasoft's 2017 campaign "Contributopia", I really like it !)

I have been labeled as a lurker here. TRUE! I will attempt to share more, because I do love seeing what all of you are up to. I have time for hobbies! I have joined a local makerspace a few months ago and have loved the challenge of using new software to design and implement physical projects. The photo shows the birch boxes I made for my family for the holidays- with relevant images for each. (Also- candied & spiced nuts!) #laser #maker

Three open birch trays, laser cut with visible joints at the corners, laser printed with various images such as a baby, (for new grandson), a heart with two rings (daughter got married), stylized holiday tree, etc. The trays have 2 compartments each and contain homemade candied nuts in clear bags.
