Hab auch ein paar Dinge für @freestyle gedruckt. Er spielt gerne das Coop Game "Deep Rock Galactic" und wollte unbedingt diesen Trinkbecher aus den Spiel. Wir haben das druckbare 3D-Modell bei Makerworld gefunden (siehe hier: https://makerworld.com/de/models/713513-blackout-stout-in-color).
Allerdings hätte der farbige Druck über 24 Stunden gedauert, und eine Menge Filament verschwendet. Außerdem war der Becher recht klein, und @freestyle wollte, dass 750 ml reinpassen.
Hab den Becher daher in #lightwave3d komplett neu gebaut und so in seine Einzelteile zerlegt, dass er ohne viele Farbwechsel gedruckt werden konnte. Im Endeffekt hat das viel länger als 24 Stunden gedauert, aber der Druck war dann schnell

I tried that for a "flight through a nebula", and this is the result.

The release of the Tron:Ares trailer (which I'm still conflicted about) re-ignited my interest in the universe. Working with Flynns Lightcycle from Legacy. Lots of tweaking to do as it's not quite glowing enough.No idea where it'll end up but the journey will be fun. #Lightwave3d

I will be working on a new version, with moving human figures, and all 6 sectors done and different. (This loops after 3 sectors). I'll probably use a render farm for the 4k full length version
But for now, I need to do some work for customers.
