The majestic Perito Moreno Glacier extends into Argentino Lake, surrounded by rugged snow-capped mountains and endless forests and trees. It is a combination of a harsh, cold environment softened by a cluster of flowering trees in the foreground.

A short part of Ruta 40 in the south is unpaved. Its know as the Malditos but it isn't too bad. It could be terrible when wet due to some sections being compacted dirt rather than gravel, but stick to the lines and you'll be fine.
At the end of that section, I put the bike aside for a bit and went hiking. Pic 2 is of the Fitzroy mountain peaks seen from the hiking trail.
