But the problem is whether NSW Police will seek to employ new (or hidden) talents to analyse all of the organisation’s culture, policies and practices, organisational structure, … etc.</p><p>It’s evident that organisation’s current favoured criteria for talents, and/or the structure/framework that they had to work under, has failed the institution that the organisation was meant to be a reflection of... </p><p>This isn’t the first well-intended statement made by Executives or Political figures. They are going to have to execute dramatic fundamental reforms, if they genuinely intend on implementing the ‘lessons learnt’.</p>

@Salvo @andreaswiedenhoff Do it while you can! It's comfortable and decent. Probably not as cheap as the cheapest budget airfare, but by the time you factor in hotels and transport to/from airport it's competitive, and definitely cheaper than the peak demand flights.

Apparently ridership on the XPT services has been climbing steeply for a few years now, but there seems to be zero political will from #NSWgov to keep a sleeper service :( Really backwards thinking.
