Gistermiddag vergeten naar de bioscoop te gaan, waar Paris, Texas draaide. Ik was ook kapot moe. Dus ja, die lege stoel, te midden van die andere lege stoelen, was voor mij. Donderdagmiddag probeer ik het opnieuw.

The director has signaled, by playing, at 3 minutes into the movie, about 10 seconds of #RyCooder / #ParisTexas style slide guitar music that they wish to be judged against the greats.
I can be a mite critical.
The extingencies of a throat infection have the movie paused, and how is Ry going, and will he'll be gracing us with more of his music?
And I've got a pot of herbal tea.

I spent a good chunk of my life in #Texas, enough that I consider it home and picked up the accent. Mostly in and around #ParisTexas and Lamar County but Titus County, too.

Watched this a long, long time ago, and from my film blog, it seems the second time was 2015, although I appear to have become distracted about missed-remembering there was tumbling tumble weed in the film.
