This is Brisas Mesanas by Cesar Alcedo; an #instrumental #composition inspired by the place he grew up, la Mesa de Veraguas, #Panama . The composition is use for the #Pasillo Panameño, a #waltz that started in the #Andes during the 19th century, spread throughout Latin America, and taking on regional characters. this created a wide range in style and sound; instrumental or with lyrics, etc. It became particularly popular in Ecuador, Venezuela and Panama.
