But because the Lite seat apparently “runs through LinkedIn.com” and not the recruiter backend, they said I’ll lose all my searches, pipelines, messaging history, etc. if I downgrade.</p><p>Literally holding my data hostage 🤬 </p><p>Job seekers rest assured - recruiters hate LI too</p>
Loops 🍑 :audhd: :ir:<p>Friends and fellow advocates</p><p>"You are comfortable determining your own work and seeking feedback from others<br>" or "Define your own goals and tasks."</p><p>I know that it's unsupportive and exclusionary towards ND (and other) folks to maintain an attitude in the workplace and hiring where these kinds of things are treated as requirements requirements</p><p>I'm looking for help in framing that so that others can understand it. It's one of those things that is so intuitive to me that I can't figure out how to explain why it's flying in the face of diversity and being an accommodating workplace, especially when trying to reach those folks whose reaction is "well that's how our place works, so maybe it isn't the right place for those who can't". C.<p>No, random headhunter, this Canadian isn't going to pack up and move to Atlanta for a 6-month contract that he wouldn't be legally eligible to do in the first place...</p><p>Why are recruiters so ... well, bad at their jobs?
