I downloaded the book and read chapter 2 “MASS DIGITAL SURVEILLANCE AND
NATIONAL SECURITY TECHNOTOPIAS”
It taught me a few things about the constitutionality of surveillance in South Africa I did not now. It seems we are still waiting for politicians to do the right thing and most people stare at you as if you are a total nut-job if you talk about privacy and surveillance.

Whilst I am not a fan of #AI which I think will in the long run, will be detrimental to humans, I am far from the "AI Slop" luddites.

But when #deepseek killed their web login a few days back. I was extremely sceptical of loading the app on my device.
