I keep re-recording the vocals on this (the guitar is... meh, it's fine for now). I think the vocals are slowly getting closer to what I want. Eventually maybe I'll get the whole song where I want it, or maybe I'll eventually call up with an actual audio engineer who has an actual studio...

probably not this week.

Phil Collins was described as a workaholic. He put it this way: "I’m asked to do things I can’t possibly turn down." For example, he acted in an episode of the hit #television show Miami Vice. Earlier, the first episode of Miami Vice featured his hit #song 'In the Air Tonight.' The people he is working with "are people I’ve grown up with, people I’m fans of, and/or people who look great in a fur coat. People I class as icons and true artists. Working with them is an honor. That’s the reason."

“Only the Lonely” – written by Martha Davis of The Motels – was released 43 years ago this month! The song was also included in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories on the in-game power ballad radio station Emotion 98.3. I recorded this piano/vocal cover live at Village Studios on Oscar Peterson’s Steinway for the COVER ME collection 🎹

ich zeigte den Text im Heft dem Klaus Audersch, der von den legendären 'Charley’s Girls', weil er grad da an der Theke im #RatingerHof saß. aber er meinte nur, "ja und?"
Ja und, ja und? darauf wußte ich nix zu sagen;
