This Is My GlasgowA ghost building on Robertson Street in Glasgow. I love all the different phases visible in the stone and brickwork, especially the window at the top right which is made from blonde sandstone and then has been half filled with red bricks and half with concrete blocks, presumably at different times. Splitting <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/stones?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#stones</a> has some similarities to splitting <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/wood?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#wood</a>. Paying attention to existing microcracks, structures and sound when splitting is advantageous. This Is My GlasgowSculpted oak leaves and acorns on the spandrel of an entrance arch to the former tannery building on Saint Andrew's Square in the East End of Glasgow. It was built in the 1870s for John Inglis and Company.
