Is Pro #Cycling Selling Its Soul? The Costly Future Fans Don’t See Coming
Big money is pouring into #cycling

OK, I may not be the most price-sensitive consumer, but if Discovery Plus want to increase my subscription from £6.99/month to £30.99/month, then sorry, that's completely taking the piss.

Subscription cancelled.

So, anyone know if there is a way to watch cycling races (Tour de France etc) on the telly in the UK that doesn't cost silly money?

Apparently this combo (with slightly different frame composition and lower weight, but same geometry) was used to win the 2007 Tour de France. The Lemond bike was built by Trek for Greg Lemond to his spec, you can see that it has the same fork and Shimano Dura Ace 7800 groupset. (the difference is the frame of the winner is a full carbon frame, 15 lbs, vs. this steel/carbon frame, which is around 20 lbs). Obviously, the huge missing part here between "winning the Tour de France" and "only riding to the grocery store" is the rider attached, LOL. #BikeTooter #TourDeFrance
