I'm disappointed in the comments that I see about this is a FOSS instance not politics. If the FOSS community is that short sighted then feel free to block me and move on. I'll miss Fosstodon but not the #broligarchy and I don't mean everyone btw.

The term "biological woman" is both fundamentally incorrect, and a well known transphobic dog-whistle, designed to invalidate and dehumanise transgender people. The fact that the Supreme Court chose this definition shows that they are either acting from a position of profound ignorance, or alarming political malice.
