“The map of the world is drawn by travelers and nomads. Built into it are steps, nights and days, stations and encounters.” ― Jasna Horvat

A few years ago I set out to what turned out to be the most incredible trip along the silk road from the deserts of Jordan till the mega cities of China.
Through all countries and cultures I was humbled by the kindness and hospitality of the people and awestruck by the spectacular scenery of deserts and mountains. Thanks to each and every person I met along the way. I will be back.

Around the campfire we will hear about life in the desert and share thoughts and culture. Recommended walk under the stars: Before turning in for the night, we highly recommend taking a short stroll under the star filled sky, where you will have a clear view of the milky way galaxy, constellations, and shooting stars. Please bear in mind that although a short walk is safe, it is also very easy to get lost if you stray too far from camp.
