I did a walking meditation today for the equinox. The people with me chattered the whole time. Can #walkingmeditation work with a group? Do I need to remind participants every time to zip it?
@Jon6705 I'm in, as you know, because I litterpick all the time anyway. It's useful, community-building, fun, meditative, and gets me outdoors (or gives me another good reason). And I never know what I'll notice when I slow down to pay attention to the little things.

Just a few thoughts...
With #mindfulnessmeditation, all the intrusive thoughts felt for me like a hot game of ping-pong. Made me nervous.
A little #zenmeditation may help if you crave more structure and sharing of experience with others.
#walkingmeditation helped me finally get comfortable - the add'l sensory input reduced my intrusive thoughts enough that I could advance.
It could also be that you have feelings nearing the surface, and they're ready to come out.
