I’ve known for a long time that I tend to look at the #WorstCaseScenario most of the time.

But recently, it’s become a lot worse - so much so that I’m catastrophising.

A list of things I’ve recently and currently been catastrophising about:
- my mum is going to continue to be seriously ill
- the wiring in mum’s house is going to cause a fire
- the chimney on mum’s house is going to fall during #Darragh
- I’m going to be blown off the road when going home tomorrow in #StormDarragh
- mum’s power is going to go out and she’ll be stuck in her chair and can’t get out

A couple of these I can put to bed, but others I can’t. Not right now.

Any tips?
