There were four different dials with the same text in French, Italian, Romansh and Swiss German. All were limited editions of 499 pieces each. Michael Gisiger 📷Another oddity on my wrist today: A 36mm limited edition <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/Gevril?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Gevril</a> F0141 COSC-certified <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/chronograph?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#chronograph</a> from the mid-1990s, back when they were trying to restart the brand and before it became the American abomination it is now. Inside is an ETA 2894-2 movement, a welcome change from the 7735. It also has a screw-down crown and was very well made. Not sure if I should keep it or not. Take this Seiko SSA007 “Mike Wazowski” for example: it’s got an excellent (mass produced) automatic movement and slide rule bezel, plus some real style.
