القلم العربي | Arabic Pen<p><strong>[ <a class="hashtag" href="https://bassam.social/tag/هام" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#هام</a> | <a class="hashtag" href="https://bassam.social/tag/رمضان" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#رمضان</a> ]</strong></p><p><strong>أقر غالبية علماء الأمة بأن <a class="hashtag" href="https://bassam.social/tag/زكاة_الفطر" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#زكاة_الفطر</a> أو <a class="hashtag" href="https://bassam.social/tag/الفطرة" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#الفطرة</a> تخرج عينية “طعام” وحسب ما ورد في الأحاديث النبوية وكما فعله الصحابة ؛ وإن إخراجها ”مالاً“ هو أمر مخالف للشرع ولا يجزي ذلك.</strong></p><p><strong>وأما من شذ من العلماء وأفتى بجواز إخراجها ”مال“ فهو خاطئ ؛ فهل هذا العالم أفضل من رسول الله ﷺ ليقدر مصلحة الناس ويخالف دليل النص والشرع؟!!</strong></p><p><strong>هذا الأمر خطير ومحرم شرعاً لمن يخالف ما أمر به النبي ﷺ وقد فصل أنواع الطعام وكميتها ووقتها … فلا يؤخذ بالفتاوى الخاطئة وإن كانت من أحد الأئمة الأربعة.</strong></p>
