Today we were exercising at Casana Rock in Howth.
This is a steep ground area we’ve undertaken many rescues and recoveries on before… 1/2 cont.

When we climb, we climb as a pair incase one climber gets in difficulty.
We have a third member harnessed in “abreast” of the cliff edge, communicating between the Cliff Leader and the Climbers.
Climbs can be very high. We have 2 x 200m of rope per Climber.
