We live next to council houses and share an allyway with two of them. One family is grand while we haven't talked to the other resident yet.
However, after a renovation they started putting the construction waste in the alleyway. After making them aware that children play in the area by times (broken gate) they removed the glas and stated they would remove the resr the week after.
However, both parties are now adding also refuse bags to the allyway.
We complaint initially last year and since it's getting warmer we are weekly at the county council. One neighbour has the refuse bags on his lawn and the other one moved the refuse bags in front of the alleyway.
You can smell the area from far and we've the windows shut because of the stench.
Since the county is doing as landlord fuck all can we contact someone else?
(Not knocking anyone just want to get rid of the refuse/stench)
