@SamuelGuthrie Possibly Arches? There's an Arches Cafe two doors up. Do you have street directories covering that area?
@Historyan2 The Belfast Street directories via Lemon Wylie haven't been too useful, and definitely no business with the full "Arches" in the title. I agree re Arches but why "Arches & Drapery"

@SamuelGuthrie Think the number is not 5 but 15, which fits as the cafe is 13. The 29 on the adjoining awning is confusing!
@Historyan2 Place is a mess of numbers, definitely could be 15
@SamuelGuthrie would those last two faded words be ‘Small Repairs’ above the 5?
