I used to have (well, still do!) an app that would synchronise all of my health data between various apps, such that things like exercise from MapMyRun wouldn't be double-counted with steps from Samsung Health. I've switched to Strava for exercise and it doesn't synch with that, unfortunately.

Anyone know of an app that will synch Strava, MyFitnessPal (for nutrition/food), and Samsung Health? Google has failed me.

@Tarbh can’t help, but the recent changes to Strava’s terms of use is likely to rule out export from Strava for analysis elsewhere.

@Tarbh

Health Connect lists Samsung Health and MyFitnessPal as compatible with it. But no mention of Strava. Mind you, it works with FitBit and that's not listed either.

@Tarbh I use healthsync for Google fit/Garmin/Fitbit links and have for a while.

I tell my phone and Google fit not to count steps and it works well.

I'm not sure if it offers other platforms though
