I'm delighted with this one. Ombre tiramisu cake for #dessertWeek.
Chocolate, coffee, and vanilla sponges all soaked with coffee sugar syrup, and iced with a classic tiramisu mascarpone filling.

@FourT4 I always try to guess based on the "next week on bake off" bit at the end and bake in advance. The way last week was described, the showstopper could only have been tiramisu of some sort, and I extrapolated from there!
