Luca and Levi aka Mayhem and Shenanigan! Rescues all over Ireland are at crisis point. Pandemic pups, the accomodation disaster, cost of living have created a perfect storm of surrender & rehoming requests, abandoned pups & dogs. Rescues are full with terrifyingly long waiting lists, pounds are full. Rescuers are exhausted with no let up. If rescues & pounds close, where will the dogs go?
