So a while back I posted about how my insane chocolate cravings were really problematic but that I'd read somewhere that it can be a symptom of low magnesium levels. So I toddled off and got myself some supplements to give it a shot. No harm right?
So the magnesium has sorted my cravings right out. As an added bonus I've lost half a stone passively from that one thing. #chocolate #chocoholic #HealthUpdate

I had an ulcer at a very young age & told the doctor mint chocolate was the only thing that helped. "Chocolate?" - "No, MINT chocolate."
It turns out he had *just* read an article of the benefits of mint for similar disorders and was intrigued!
@Her_Doing I love how our body tells us things. I get salt cravings when my blood pressure is dropping, the salt picks it back up. It wasn't something I started doing consciously.
